I began exploring photography in 2014 while finishing up my Marketing degree. I worked as a Marketing Coordinator for a bit over a year, but I quickly realized my growing passion for photography so I decided to make the jump to full time in February 2017 and haven't looked back since!

For weddings, I deliver anywhere between 1000-1300 photos. For engagement sessions I deliver anywhere between 200-300.

An engagement session is included with the gold and platinum packages

If you haven't heard back in a while, you may email me directly at nicolecastonguayphoto@gmail.com. Unless it is a National Holiday, I typically answer all emails within 72 business hours. If I am busy and/or foresee any delays in email responses, I always update my Instagram stories to let clients when they can expect to hear back!

Yes! I have two flashes, three cameras, four lenses, and too many extra memory cards to count. I know just how much each shot means, so I wouldn't ever risk missing your most precious moments due to "technical difficulties".

I do any minor retouching (a few pesky zits or fly aways), but for more in-depth retouching I charge $5 per photo.​​

My Instagram is a good example of my recent (and favorite!) work in a single place, but to view entire weddings, either ask to see whole albums or check out my blog for some of my favorite moments.

Elopements are my favorite! If you're headed to one of my bucket list locations, I would be willing to work around your budget! For any other destination locations, I will quote you a price for my flight, lodging, and meals, but the package price remains the same. 

If you book a second shooter, I will coordinate with another experienced and reliable second photographer, and ensure they are there to capture different angles and any moments I may miss. If you do not, I still sometimes bring second shooters who have reached out in to me seeking more experience and/or portfolio growth. In this case, you would get all of their shots also.​

I know you want to see them, like, now! I totally get it. Good news: editing is my favorite part of photography- it makes me so giddy when I see every gorgeous shot and I tweak the colors just right- and I can barely wait to share them with you guys!! Full wedding albums are delivered within 6-8 weeks after your wedding, receiving around 1200 photos. Engagements will be delivered within 1-2 weeks with 200-300 photos. BUT, don't fret! For weddings, I pretty much always send sneak peaks to hold you (us) over in the mean time! 

Yes - I am based out of Minneapolis, MN so if you are more than 30 miles from the Twin Cities I charge a mileage fee. If the engagement session is a plane ride away, I charge for my flight, lodging, general transportation and meals.
